Founded in 2015, NEDTEX TECH was established by a team of engineers deeply passionate about water resource management. 本案為澎湖吉貝嶼海水淡化廠之興建工程暨委託代操作維護,採用 UF 前處理 + SWRO 海水逆滲透 + BWRO 半鹹水逆滲透三段式製程,日產水量 600 立方公尺。同時導入自主開發之 AI 智慧監控平台,實現薄膜健康度即時追蹤與設備預防性維護。 This project involves the construction and delegated O&M of the Jibei Island seawater desalination plant in Penghu, employing a three-stage UF + SWRO + BWRO process with a daily production capacity of 600 cubic meters. An in-house AI monitoring platform has been integrated for real-time membrane health tracking and predictive equipment maintenance.

逐系列物理模型薄膜劣化追蹤,三級閾值警報 (OK/WARNING/CRITICAL),搭配 CIP 清洗效果分析與間隔預測。 Per-train physics-based membrane degradation tracking with three-tier alerts (OK/WARNING/CRITICAL), combined with CIP cleaning effectiveness analysis and interval prediction.
運用 BiLSTM、XGBoost、CatBoost 等先進演算法,建立 BWRO 導電度預測、存活分析 CIP 排程及警報分類模型。 Leveraging BiLSTM, XGBoost, and CatBoost algorithms for BWRO conductivity forecasting, survival analysis CIP scheduling, and alert classification models.
六類幫浦元件級預防性保養排程 (HPP/ERD/Feed/Intake/BWRO/CEB),17 台變頻器即時監控,累計運轉時數追蹤。 Component-level preventive maintenance scheduling for 6 pump types (HPP/ERD/Feed/Intake/BWRO/CEB), real-time monitoring of 17 VFD units with accumulated runtime tracking.
Google Cloud Run 部署、GCS 資料儲存、角色權限控管、訪客 OTP 認證機制,支援地端與雲端雙模式部署。 Google Cloud Run deployment, GCS data storage, role-based access control, guest OTP authentication, supporting both on-premises and cloud deployment modes.
