本案為澎湖吉貝嶼海水淡化廠之興建工程暨委託代操作維護,採用 UF 前處理 + SWRO 海水逆滲透 + BWRO 半鹹水逆滲透三段式製程,日產水量 600 立方公尺。同時導入自主開發之 AI 智慧監控平台,實現薄膜健康度即時追蹤與設備預防性維護。 This project involves the construction and delegated O&M of the Jibei Island seawater desalination plant in Penghu, employing a three-stage UF + SWRO + BWRO process with a daily production capacity of 600 cubic meters. An in-house AI monitoring platform has been integrated for real-time membrane health tracking and predictive equipment maintenance.

三組 SWRO Train 的薄膜健康指標(MHI)以儀表板即時呈現,結合四級嚴重度區帶與長期日級趨勢,提供操作端清晰的 CIP 觸發判讀。 Per-train SWRO membrane-health gauges show MHI in real time, combined with four severity bands and a long-running daily trend, giving operators a clear, principled basis for CIP triggers.
三列車 MHI 完整時序疊圖,搭配 WARN/CRIT 警戒線,讓任何劣化或回復都能在第一時間被肉眼識別。 Full daily MHI overlay across all three trains, with WARN/CRIT reference lines — every degradation or recovery is visible at a glance.
關鍵泵浦與變頻器同步上線,運轉頻率與啟停狀態於單一儀表板統一呈現,讓現場與遠端同時掌握第一手運轉脈動。 Critical pumps and VFDs are unified into a single live pane — frequency and run/stop state visible at once, putting on-site and remote teams on the same page.
依累計運轉時數對應原廠保養區間,自動推算下次保養剩餘時數;雙色狀態一眼看出風險,讓維護從被動反應升級為主動預防。 Accumulated run-hours are matched to OEM service intervals to forecast the time-to-next-service automatically; a two-tone status badge surfaces risk at a glance, turning maintenance from reactive to truly preventive.
